Janice Sloane is a interdsciplinary artist who lives and works in New York City. Her work explores themes of the body and its impermanence, transgression and transformation.
She is a 2022 Pollock Krasner Foundation Grant recipient.

Her works are in several private collections in New York and Mexico, the C- Collection in Vaduz, Lichtenstein, and the Neue Galerie Graz, Austria.
She has participated in the 4 Heads Artist Studio Residency, Governors Island, NYC, Eileen Kaminsky Foundation Studio Program, Salem2Salem Artist Residency at the Schloss Salem in Salem Germany and Salem Art Works Residency in Salem NY.
